Welcome to the new cool.
It all started on a very hot, summer day. Erin Johnson needed to cool off and a fresh fruit smoothie recipe was just the ticket.
Trouble was,
every Tom, Dick and Harry already had a smoothie recipe. But when Erin added a stick and froze her refined smoothie combinations,
well, Geauxsicles was born.The rest, as they say, is history.
Today, Geauxsicles creates over eighteen different flavors of unique ice pops for a variety of tastes. From crisp fruit flavors to decadent desserts, there is a Geauxsicle for every palate. Even customers seeking a safe, diabetic-friendly dessert option are in luck – our Geaux Low line of ice pops are No-sugar added, made with Truvia®, and safe for diabetic consumption.
Geauxsicles can additionally be found in area specialty grocers, fresh food markets and delis, schools, retailers and even film sets across Louisiana. Geauxsicles can travel for parties, catered events or festivals both near and far.

In early 2012, Geauxsicles expanded again with the addition of a food truck. Now Geauxsicles can travel to festivals, events and parties of every size to bring ice pops right to your location.
Truck details –
The Geauxsicles food truck is an all-weather, cold storage vehicle that is equipped to serve not only frozen product, but cold drinks like Geauxsicles’ famous Citrus Mint Tea, fresh coffee, cider or hot chocolate. In addition, the truck can serve sandwiches, candy or other snacks to customers in either hot or cold weather. The truck is also self-contained and can run under its own electrical power using the onboard generator.

We can supply on-site catering services for parties, events, receptions & fundraisers including custom orders. Our pops are made with simple, natural ingredients and we use real fruit, dairy, sugar, eggs and herbs to produce a wide flavor array of traditional Southern favorites as well as unique combinations.
